2. Do you offer design services?

Currently, we do not offer design services. We accept print-ready files in standard formats. Need help preparing your file? Our support team can guide you through it.

3. Where do you deliver?

We ship within the United States only.

5. What file formats do you accept?

We accept high-resolution PDF files (preferred), as well as AI, PSD, EPS, and TIFF formats. Files should be at least 300 DPI for the best print quality.

6. What is your turnaround time?

Most standard orders are printed and shipped within 3-5 business days, depending on the product and quantity. You'll receive estimated delivery details at checkout.

7. Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.

8. What if there’s an issue with my order?

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us right away at 800 619 9080 or through our website. We’re committed to making things right quickly.

9. Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?

11. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

We begin processing orders quickly to meet fast turnaround times. If you need to cancel or make changes, contact us within 1 hour of placing your order. After that, changes may not be possible.

12. What is your return policy?

Because each product is custom printed, we do not accept returns for buyer's remorse. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or with printing errors, we’ll gladly reprint or refund it. Please report issues within 7 days of receiving your order.
